As a new patient to our office, your first visit will consist of a very thorough comprehensive exam of your teeth and gums by Dr. Foley. The entire appointment typically lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. During this time, a set of bitewing x-rays and a panoramic x-ray will be taken to ensure a complete diagnosis of your oral health. Dr. Foley will give extra attention to any special areas of concern you may have, as well as any concerning issues she identifies during the physical exam.
When Dr. Foley has completed her assessment of your oral health, she will develop a personalized treatment plan and discuss the options with you in detail, answering any questions you may have, and helping you understand your options.
From there, Dr. Foley's staff will work with you to schedule one or more follow-up visits with a dental hygenist, as well as for any other dental work that you may wish to have Dr. Foley provide.
